Meeting Ourselves As We Are
There is nothing "wrong" with us. Our intrusive critics, anxious thoughts, or protective walls are not symptoms to be suppressed—they are parts of us seeking to be understood. We move away from judging and supressing these parts toward honouring their history and original intent.
Building a Relationship with Our Parts
True healing starts when we stop managing our emotions and start relating to them. By listening to our inner world instead of fighting it, our parts no longer have to struggle for our attention. They can finally relax, shift out of survival mode, and offer us their inherent wisdom.
Returning to Natural Internal Harmony
This isn't about fixing; it’s about softening our constant internal tension. When our parts feel heard and respected, they are freed from their extreme roles. We are left with a clearer, calmer system and a daily life that carries a deeper sense of fulfillment.

My Approach: IFS, Mindfulness, Compassion
Mapping Our Inner World. IFS therapy offers a map for navigating the complexity of our inner lives. It helps us understand how protective patterns develop and which vulnerable parts they guard. By tending to these deeper roots gently and at a safe pace, we create the space for lasting change and true internal harmony.
Developing Calm Presence. A central part of this work is cultivating a specific quality of attention toward our internal experiences. We learn to meet ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment. Instead of being overwhelmed by intense emotions, we observe them from a centered place, allowing us to see what our pain truly needs to heal.
Healing Through Compassion. Compassion is the active force that allows our inner parts to soften and trust. When we meet ourselves with warmth, a genuine sense of safety emerges. This shift—moving from self-criticism to authentic care—is where real healing happens, allowing old survival patterns to finally relax.

My work is for those ready to turn toward their suffering with courage. I don’t treat experiences as problems to be solved or symptoms to be suppressed. Instead, our goal is to move from intellectual analysis into embodied feeling—gathering information directly from the body to understand the roots of your difficulties.
This approach is for those with an intense emotional world that feels difficult to navigate or understand, but who are ready to explore and integrate it. Because of this, my practice naturally draws Highly Sensitive People (HSPs).
I also support those who have had difficult psychedelic experiences and are seeking to integrate what they encountered. I am here for anyone ready to stop fighting their internal world and start understanding themselves through it.
My 1:1 practice is currently at capacity. I use the check-in below to ensure our approach is a good match. While an inquiry doesn't guarantee a spot, I prioritize returning clients and those specifically seeking IFS for my waiting list. I review every submission and will contact you via email as soon as space opens.
